Tewkesbury Tourist Information Centre can check availability and book your accommodation for only £1.50 booking fee + 10% deposit of the first nights stay.

Conditions of Booking:

1. Accommodation will be booked for you by the Tourist Information Centre (TIC) acting on behalf of the accommodation establishment. Any contract for the booking is directly between you and the accommodation establishment. Prior to your  arrival, you should check that the accommodation is booked, including type of board and price.

2. The TIC will charge you a 10% deposit based on the full stay (see below) towards the cost of the accommodation, which will be deducted from your account by the accommodation establishment. This deposit is not refundable. The £2.50 booking fee is an additional cost to your accommodation booking.

3. If you fail to take up the accommodation by the time stated, without prior arrangement with the accommodation establishment, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.  The accommodation establishment may also charge you a cancellation fee. This may also be the case if you cancel the booking.

4. Whilst the TIC makes every effort to find suitable accommodation, it cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from this booking, nor for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay at the accommodation establishment.

5. To the best of the TIC's knowledge, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and Service.

The Deposit
The deposit taken from the guest represents the booking commission payable by the Accommodation Establishment to the TIC and is not refundable under any circumstances.

It is not intended that the data in relation to your name will be used as a result of completing this form.  Any data collected will be used for booking your accommodation only
