A Roman Villa set on the beautiful backdrop of the Cotswold escarpment. Roman baths with a tesselated pavement showing fish, coins, jewellery and pottery.
John Moore Countryside Museum
A museum for those who care about the countryside and its wildlife. Natural History displays of British woodland, wetland and garden wildlife exhibited in a 15th century timber-framed house. Touch a variety of animals with the handling collection and hear the sounds of nature through the seasons. Displays of sculpture by Alan Jack and a full programme of LIVE ANIMAL EVENTS throughout the year.

The Shambles Victorian Village
An amazing collection of old buildings - cottages, houses, alleyways, streets and courtyards, shops and workshops all displaying life in the 1890's. Thousands of Victorian objects with almost 100 windows to peer into! All just as if the Victorians had popped out for a minute! About an acre to explore! Cottage garden and picnic area. Dogs welcome.
The Tewkesbury Museum

The Wharf House - Visitor Centre, Restaurant & Tea Rooms
This FREE visitor centre explores 750 years of the Leadon Valley from the Roman vineyards, Civil War, basketry and willow growing, to the ongoing restoration of the Herefordshire & Gloucestershire Canal. Walk round the restored Canal Basin and along the River Severn and the wildlife and Telford's famous bridge. The tea room / restaurant sees the best of local produce, flair and imagination.
Winchcombe Folk & Police Museum
There's something for everyone in this unique museum in the Cotswolds. Winchcombe's fascinating past comes alive in the heritage collection of displays, photographs, historic items, memoirs and local family history information. The Police collection has a wide range of uniforms and equipment, both historic and modern, British and International. There are several activity sheets for children.
Winchcombe Railway Museum & Garden
There are lots of things to do in half an acre of Cotswold gardens. Have a hands on experience with working signals. The garden is full of old and rare plants, a Victorian vegetable garden, herbs and a medieval medicinal herb garden. Something for all the family.
